October 26 – Final Look for Fall Color

We decided for one last look for fall colors.  This time we headed to the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area.  It is a stretch along the Delaware River that runs between Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  It was a particularly lovely drive and we enjoyed it very much, but again, minimal fall color.  Oh well, another time.

While looking at the map to get us to Newark Mary noticed that we were close to Clinton NJ.  She had been there before and remembered it as a quaint little town.  So we headed there for lunch and some photos.

From there we headed to Newark and a hotel near the airport.  We will sit it out here for the next couple of days working on photos before we fly out on our next adventure.
